Shipping / Pick Ups

★ SHIPPING 

• Current turn around times vary 2-4 weeks. Item will ship as soon as we have it ready. Excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, shipping time is usually 1-4 business days through USPS.
• Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. We cannot control shipping times and we can only go by the estimated delivery dates given to us by the post office. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or items shipped to the wrong address (as provided by buyer.)
• Express mail is the ONLY guaranteed shipping method and will arrive in 1-3 business days and can be purchased for an additional fee by request.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you.
• You have 10 business days to respond with correct shipping information. If you fail to respond, we will consider the shipment abandoned and no refunds will be given.
• If you suspect that your mail piece has been lost or delayed, please contact the USPS Track & Confirm customer service at 1-800-222-1811. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders.
